As a donor to Dick's Organics, subscriber to our news letter,  reader of our website, rescue animal donator, seed donator we will keep your information private unless you state otherwise. By protecting your privacy we maintaining the trust that you have placed in our organization. 

The information that is provided to Dick's Organics is used only for informational purposes that are kept according to our nonprofit 501 (c) 3 organization. At no time will your information be traded, shared, given away or sold to third parties or affiliates of third parties with anyone outside of Dick's Organics. 

By submitting your request to Dick's Organics you acknowledge this and agree to these terms. All information received is processed in the United States and will not be sent outside of the United States to any third parties.
